Items Eligible for Return:

We happily accept returns on new, unworn, and unused items, still in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned due to their unique nature. Additionally, for items claimed to be defective or broken, we may request verification by asking for a picture to ensure the accuracy of the claim.  

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Quality Assurance: While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and integrity of our products, we understand that issues may arise from time to time. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with a picture for verification. We'll work diligently to address the issue and provide you with a satisfactory resolution.
